MOOT COURT – Previewing a Doctor in the Witness Box

A Moot Court session titled “Previewing a Doctor in the Witness Box” was held on Wednesday, 30th April 2025 at the Auditorium, Chirayu Medical College and Hospital, Bhopal. The event was organized to provide medical students and professionals with a practical understanding of legal procedures and the role of a doctor as a witness in court.

The session included mock trials, expert talks, and interactive discussions on medical ethics, legal responsibilities, and the importance of accurate testimony. Eminent legal experts and senior faculty members guided the participants through real-life case scenarios, making the event both educational and engaging.
